This strategic initiative is designed to streamline essential functions like procurement and inventory management throughout the organization.
With a workforce of over 1,000 employees and more than 800 business vendors, G Square's rapid adoption of SAP represents a significant step in the company's digital transformation. The integration will bring in several advanced modules and solutions, including the SAP Material Management module and SAP Finance and Control. These tools are set to improve project management, cash flow management, financial and managerial accounting, real-time project collaboration, and sourcing and purchasing processes.
Bala Ramajeyam, Managing Director of G Square Realtors Private Limited, highlighted the significance of this integration, stating, "The real estate sector has traditionally been disorganized, often relying on outdated practices. Key areas like vendor management, invoice verification, and consumption-based planning have been vulnerable to exploitation due to long-standing gaps.
